I went to Basswood dental today to get a checkup and cleaning. After a bad experience with another dentist previously, I was very nervous, but Dr Shyamali Saha was amazing! I had to get fillings and she was very attentive and made sure I was all good during the whole procedure. She also was very good about communicating everything she was doing so I knew what was going on. The assistant whose name I can’t recall was just as amazing! Super sweet and kept conversation which helped my nerves a lot. Already scheduled my 6 month appt because I will definitely be coming back from now on and this made my nerves for the dentist go away! Totally recommend, they are amazing!🤍

Very friendly staff, efficient, time management is excellent, was given the opportunity to change the entertainment whilst getting my cleaning and last minute fillings. Doctor was thorough and overall extremely personable. No notes, couldn’t be more satisfied.

Great experience. I never felt like they were trying to sell me products or recommend unnecessary dental work. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. I'll definitely be returning.

Over my years, I have had many dental appointments, but I can say this is the most comfortable and entertaining environment that I have been in in a long time. The staff is very cordial and enjoys chatting with you. On top of that, they do excellent work, always asking if everything is OK and if you were comfortable. I recommend them highly!

Oh my gosh, what can I say?! I have lived with a slightly lopsided front tooth from biting my nails for YEARS. I came in for a cleaning, which went fantastic-everyone in the office is so nice and professional-but she fixed my front tooth!! I feel like a human again! It was slight and I have been told it wasn’t “that noticeable”, but it was to me, and now I feel like I have my beautiful smile back. I had an amazing experience, and I’ve found my forever dentist office in Fort Worth! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could…fantastic experience all around.
Other honorable mentions-the office is clean and nice, it’s located so close to everything, it’s easy to get to, it’s filled with the nicest women I’ve ever met and they do an amazing job.
And did I mention SHE FIXED MY FRONT TOOTH?! Ahhhhh! Best day ever. Come here, you will not regret it.

Dr Saha and her staff are so sweet and great at what they do. If you have dental/medical anxiety these are the people you want to come see. They were respectful, prompt, and accommodating throughout the entire experience. Nice clean facility. Great job!

Exceptional wisdom tooth care!
The care I received was absolutely outstanding! I initially went for a second opinion for wisdom tooth extraction, and Dr. Saha suggested removing two upper wisdom teeth in one go. I decided to proceed, and with oral sedation, the procedure was done in minutes. The sedation was so precise—only the specific area felt numb, while my lips, cheek, and tongue were unaffected. Post-op was incredible: no swelling, no pain, and I even drank coconut juice shortly after! My husband couldn’t believe the teeth were actually removed because of how smooth it was. Highly recommend!

This dental office goes above and beyond to take care of your dental needs. Today was my first visit and I will continue to be a customer. Dr.saha cleaned my teeth and placed 3 fillings during my first visit. I was only expecting an evaluation and possibly several future visit to address the issues. The dental assistant made me feel very comfortable and valued. If you are looking for a new dentist I would highly recommend dr.saha and her team !

I hadn’t been to a dentist in a really long time because I have dental anxiety. I got a flyer in the mail for this place and decided to give them a try. They were so nice and understanding about my fear. The entire staff made my visit great. The place is very nice and clean too. I felt like I was in good hands and will definitely be going back.
