I was greeted when I arrived by the receptionist. We went over my insurance and copays. The team knows the insurance. The hygienist took me to the exam room was very nice and completed her part quickly. When Dr. Carol Luong arrives I am ready for the next step of the exam. Dr L is friendly and speaks with me of what needs to be done.
Dr Luong is knowledgeable and explained detailed information. Also staff are friendly and her Asst. Dental Hygienist is thorough in her work.

Over a few years, I have gotten fillings and 2 crowns from Dr Luong. She is very knowledgeable, organized, and thorough. She is logical and analytical in diagnosing. She is careful and efficient in her procedures. Besides her technical skills, she is a nice person and always has good assistants working with her.

Was treated very poorly. Unnecessary procedure. Left unfinished because I was unhappy when I was left with only a few bottom teeth for over 4 weeks and a root canal that has been hurting worse than before. Now have to find A dentist to fix what this office was uncapable to accomplish.

I apologize for your experience. At Pacific Dental Center, our philosophy is to provide treatment plans tailored to patients specific needs with their best interests in mind. I always try to resolve any patient concerns that come up to satisfy patients regarding treatment they have already received. However, when a patient begins to communicate in a way that makes me uncomfortable, I will not do any additional or new treatment plans and suggest they seek a new provider that they feel comfortable with. -Dr Luong

What a great place for such a scary procedure! My infected tooth had to be extracted but everyone from the front desk to the treatment room was so kind and pleasant that if I need any future dental work, I will positively go back!

Dr. Luong did a great job in prepping for a new crown. She and the assistant worked very well together. Dr. Luong is very skilled in giving shots with minimal discomfort.
