Went to Restoration Dental as a new patient today. The office is practically new and they have the latest equipment. All of the staff is super friendly and willing to explain procedures. I have had some very bad experiences at dentist and am usually extremely nervous but I was very pleased with the care I received today.

The whole staff treated me like family from beginning to end. Accounts, Dentist, and Assistant were all patient and considerate. VERY good work and attention to detail. By far, my best dental experience. It would be ideal if tou have kids or a dental phobia. The dentist is easy going.

Had a great experience today i was Greeted by ms.Debbie and she was very sweet and got me checked in soon as i walked through the door the dr and his assistant they are great with communicating the plan and your options and also with making sure your comfortable during the procedure I had 2 root canals done and was expecting the worse because of dental anxiety but speaking with ms Debbie the dr and his assistant calmed me down a lot and being Around a calmed atmosphere helped a lot as well I had little to no pain during the procedure i walked out being able to smile again comfortably after 7 years thanks to the team yall are great . I had an excellent experience from start to finish! The office is beautiful, modern, and has such a calming atmosphere. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the entire process felt seamless. The care was thorough, and communication was clear every step of the way—from the front desk to the clinical staff. I truly felt well taken care of and would highly recommend this dental office!

I can’t recommend this office enough! I had a dental emergency and I was able to get an appointment for the exact day I needed. The location is perfect, the interior is pristine and updated, and the whole team was exceptional!

They were quick, efficient and caring. They accept walk ins I called and spoke with Debbie who was amazing over phone as well in person. Got a wisdom tooth pulled the same day. I will be back whenever I need attention to other areas!

I arrived early and everyone was friendly and polite. The receptionist was helpful with everything I had to ask about insurance and expense. The area was very clean and bright. The assistant and the dentist let you know everything up front about procedures and expense. I appreciate that they let you see everything.

Everyone is so nice, concerned, caring and professional! They take time to explain everything to you and answer any questions. Even though Dr. Brotzman had to refer me to an Endodontist because my situation was a bit complex, his assistant called the other office, gathered the insurance information for me and had me an appointment that same day. I woke up in a sweat and pain in one of my molars that was unbearable. I called Restoration Dental and Debbie picked up even before they were open. She was able to run my insurance over the phone and get me in not even 30 minutes after calling. I had a root canal done and a temporary crown put in. I cannot recommend their services enough. Megan and Dr. Brotzman handled everything with care, patience and precision. I’m looking forward to working with them again!
