I was just there. They were all polite and helpful. The dental hygienist was thorough and as gentle as possible. I have some very old fillings that are starting to degrade. They are watching those. They explained everything they were doing, and took photos so I could see the spots that need work. They don't ask for payment until they run it by your insurance and then they give you a printout with the work, if any, that needs to be done and the cost to you. No pressure. Everyone was efficient and friendly.

Nice visit to Groton Family Dentistry this afternoon. Even late in the day, exactly on time - thorough cleaning, 360 degree x-rays, full imaging of mouth, consult with Dr. Nachawati, and on my way in under an hour. Super friendly and helpful support staff.

Groton Family Dentistry has been nothing but reliable, high quality, easy and accommodating since I started going to them over the last year. I needed a good bit of work done and their methods of keeping me scheduled, reminding me of appointment details and cost estimates, ensuring they could get me in for unplanned follow ups, and so far the actual work itself has been a huge improvement over what I’ve had in the past.
The staff is very friendly and helpful both in person and over the phone. It’s nice to no longer fear going to the dentist now that I’ve seen what a quality organization can produce for results.
I highly recommend Groton Family Dental. Dr. Nachawati provides excellent and compassionate dental care, as does Kathy, the hygenist, who typically cleans my teeth. Gigi, at the front desk is wonderful as are the other team members who always go out of their way to make sure I have a positive experience.
