They were ALL ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!
I was late because of the drawbridge and thought they would probably. But no, they got me right in. Leyda Was the decision, professional, and kind in doing the x-rays. Dr. B was also wonderful, she took time with me and made sure I was comfortable and understood what treatment would be Miss Mel Took all the time I Needed to try and figure out my out-of-state insurance. She was straightforward and honest, understanding and just full of information. I really enjoyed chatting with her. She was very knowledgeable and throughout. What a great office and fabulous staff. And they accepted and loved my service dog ! This should be the number one dental office in the entire Bradenton Sarasota area!!

thought I had done enough research to find what would hopefully be my dental office.
I searched the reviews, and after reading about how friendly the staff was, how amazing the doctor was, and also the fact that they understand about people with anxiety about going to the dentist.. I thought I had found my place
I must say that I did more research prior to my appointment. What I did read in many reviews was the fact that they try to “sell” you a treatment plan. People had unknowingly signed agreements and charged thousands of dollars.
When I called to make my appointment, I explained that I needed a cleaning And that I wanted to establish myself as a new patient in their dental office. Today was my appointment day. I was taken in a timely manner, and everyone seem to be friendly and welcoming.
The x-ray tech took a series of x-rays. Subsequently the doctor came in to discuss the findings of my x-rays. She informed me that I needed a deep cleaning which would involve a series of maintenance visits every 3 to 6 months. I told her I was not interested in that at this time, and I had only come in for a routine cleaning. She totally disregarded what I had said because her next statement was that someone would be coming in to discuss my treatment plan.
Another person enters the room and says that the person would be coming in a few minutes to discuss my treatment plan. When I told her I would not be having any treatments other than a cleaning, she told me I would have to sign a paper saying that I refuse to have the treatments, to which I agreed.
I asked her when the hygienist would be in to do my cleaning. She then proceeded to tell me that today’s visit was not to do my cleaning it was only to establish myself as a new patient! She also told me they could not possibly do my cleaning today because the hygienist wasn’t in. I then said I specifically told you on the phone, because it was her that I spoke to, that I was coming in for a cleaning. She contradicted herself many times. When I said I was not waiting for the person to come in to discuss a treatment plan that I did not want, She just stared at me, blank faced.
I’m sure if I had agreed to the treatment plan, that a hygienist would suddenly appear. At that point, I told her I had wasted enough of my time, and that it was wrong that I was told I was having a cleaning at this appointment. I got up and walked out.
I had my guard up regarding their so-called treatment plans because of the reviews that I had read. I wasted a whole morning, my commute to get there, my time getting the x-rays, meeting with the doctor, etc., all to leave without a cleaning!!
Don’t waste your time going here unless you have time to waste and money to throw away!
