I became a patient when I had a dental emergency and I needed to be seen right away. Dr. Throckmorton and Karlie were able to schedule me immediately as a new patient. Dr. Throckmorton and his staff has always gone above and beyond. I now continue care with them- they are the best!

Shout out to Karlie and her outstanding customer service! She processed my insurance claim faster than any other office ever has, and she was willing to help me guide our kids' pediatric dentist office through the steps. She goes above and beyond what is required, and I really appreciate her eagerness to help!

I appreciated that I was able to book an appointment with ease due to prompt and effective communication. Upon my arrival, everyone was very hospitable, personable, and knowledgeable throughout my session. (It was also a relief to communicate directly with an actual person and not solely automated messages when setting up appointments and getting questions answered.) Karlie was awesome and a great ambassador for this dental practice! And Dr. Throckmorton was great. On top of being treated well, I left with my teeth CLEAN, and more confident in my dental health from the information they shared. First class experience overall!

They’re fantastic to work with. I switched from my previous dentist due to scheduling issues, these guys got me in quickly and I love how friendly they are and how they explained the purpose of every step of the process to ensure I know what’s going on with my teeth and how I can prevent issues in the future. They’re also very personable and great to deal with, highly recommend them especially if you normally aren’t a fan of the dentist!!
