Incredibly nice office! Love the new location, and all the parking, and the nicely decorated waiting area and rooms. All of the staff are friendly, professional, and efficient. They are always prompt - I've never waited more than a couple of minutes to be taken back for treatment. Dr. Cartee is super – efficient and so on top of the newest techniques. I was thrilled with the way they do scans now – no more gross gloppy molds. I highly recommend this practice!
Dr. C took me in an emergency situation when I broke a tooth. I got in the next morning and walked out 2 1/2 hours later with my tooth fixed. Thanks much for working me in and doing a great job!
Very impressive place using top of the line technology. All the staff especially Katie were very friendly and professional. Dr. explained everything well. Gave me a lot to digest and opportunity to ask questions. They do offer cash discount and financing options.

Been a patient here for years, got a crown put in, it has fallen out 3 times now. Tried to have them put it back in and they refused because of my new insurance. I offered to pay out of pocket and they kept giving me the run around. I just wanted the crown fixed and they showed me the door. I've paid out of pocket in the past, and I've always paid my bills. I have no idea why they no longer want my business, but I'll happily take it elsewhere.
I had cracked a tooth on a very good German sausage while in Europe. I am a retired Lexington dentist having practiced here for over forty years. Dr. Cartee had joined the practice soon after I retired eight years ago. I knew he had taken extensive post graduate courses in surgery and implant placement. I decided to have him evaluate my problem which I knew was going to require a significant treatment. Five days ago Dr. Billy removed my tooth and placed a graft and implant. I was amazed when the entire procedure took just about one hour. Even though I knew every step of his procedure, I had no discomfort whatsoever during treatment. I did take two Tylenol before the numbness abated. Now, five days later I am still waiting for the first sign of discomfort. It is hard for me to say this, but I am thinking this young dentist may be better than I was!

Amazing experience with microneedling with PRF! I’m anxious with needles but she was flawless and gentle and the process was relaxing and not rushed. I felt no discomfort, left prepared and knowledgeable about what to do following and will definitely be back!
