Consistently excellent and reliable! Nolan provided outstanding service once again! I love how reliable this company is—they usually show up early and are incredibly patient. It's such a relief that they wait while you're at your doctor’s appointment, so there's no need to call them back when you're ready to go home. Highly recommend!

Delta is amazing. As with any service, it is the employees that set the tone. Hector was wonderful. I was nervous about the wheelchair lift and he reassured me. He is a great conversationalist and, most importantly, got me to a from my appointment safe and sound. I appreciate that he was consistently concerned about my comfort and needs while paying close attention to the traffic in downtown Houston. Thank you for everything Hector!! I appreciate you and Delta!

Nolan did a great job. Very careful and great bedside manner. I also have been assisted by Otis several times who also did an excellent job. He was especially helpful at a hospital where I needed to use a Hoyer lift to get on an MRI table. The hospital staff was not well trained and he had to coach them.

Nolan was great! He was so patient in waiting for our patient to complete paperwork. He was very professional and offered to wait with the patient at home until her caregiver arrived. He had a smile on his face and offered to help however he could.

We had to use Delta twice in 2 weeks. Both times the service was exceptional. Last week our driver was Casey, and this week it was Ivan. Both drivers arrived early and were careful and courteous. This is our first time using this type of service. It is comforting to know that there is such a great company that takes the time to hire great people. Scheduling was a breeze too!
