Horrible customer service and unable to to reach for support. when i bought a tank from them, they sold me a broken tank and when i came to return/refund it they told me they wouldn’t accept it and that i would have to deal with the official company itself who are completely unreachable. ( i’ve been on hold for customer service for an entire hour ).
One of the workers at the location just flat out lied to me for 5 minutes, sold me a part that was the wrong size. The item is not very expensive, 3 dollars, so will not even bother going back to return it. But what business would engage in dishonesty to sell a 3 dollar item. How pathetic.
