From the quote, to the communication, to the quick installation everything was smooth, timely, and extremely professional. The guys even protected my plants that grew near the fence line! I had replaced my old wooden deck with a new composite deck from Delta Decks this past October. We also decided to make it a little larger while we were at it. I had received several quotes but decided to go with Delta Decks. It wasn't because they were the lowest price. They weren't. I chose them because Elgi, the project manager, made me feel very comfortable about using him & his company. Sometimes you just get a feeling telling you if this is the right company to use or not. He was very easy to work with, very accommodating in not making a big deal about making some changes to the project even after price was agreed to & the work was already started. He was very gracious about this, as we had made a couple of changes along the way. The other side of the coin is the quality of the work provided. We are THRILLED with the outcome. Elgi had sent Vlad & Chris to undertake our project. All in, it took 8 working days from beginning to end, as it is a fairly large deck. I must say that that their level of workmanship was remarkable. Everything they did was done to perfection. No mistakes, no having to re-cut boards because the measurement was off, all angle cuts were perfect. Everything was just right! They were impeccably clean-picked up all the scrap pieces at the end of every day, never leaving a mess or the backyard cluttered with debris. In the end, they did an amazing job. Elgi, Vlad, Chris & Delta Decks was a pleasure to work with. I whole-hardheartedly insist that if you are considering having a deck built, just use Delta Decks. Elgi will make you feel very good about your decision, and insist that you have Vlad & Chris do the work. I'm sure that their other crews are just as capable, considering the quality of workmanship that they demand, as demonstrated by Vlad & Chris. Only the best workmanship will provide the best results, which was thankfully provided to me.

Having fought a losing battle with weeds taking over our interlocking for years, we are very happy to have come across Delta Decks who meticulously installed our new beautiful Fiberon Decking, Pet Friendly turf and back fence. The project cost what they said it would, and they started and finished when they said they would. My friend liked their work at my house so much, he hired them to do his deck. I recommend Delta.

Extremely pleased with the work that the team at Delta Decks did. They helped us remove a decaying rooftop patio, coordinate with our roofing company, and built a completely new one in its place.
Everything from the scheduling, the demolition, material handling, and construction was done with care. The team was friendly and went above and beyond while on-site.
