Del Sol Detailing/Pablo has amazing customer service skills and he explains the packages to you very well incase you're a bit confused. As well as he leaves your car SPOTLESS! He’s the only one thats allowed to wash our cars at this point lol. I would definitely recommend him to anyone trying to find a good detailer!
Del Sol Detail changed the way I think about the service industry. I often go out of my way to make other people feel comfortable, but Pablo of Del Sol Detail made it clear from our first interaction that his goal is to make things as easy as possible for the customer. He's amazing! My family went on a seven-day cross country move and wanted to ensure our car looked brand new before we gave it to our mom. (When you have a toddler, that seems like an impossible task.) I found Del Sol Detail through Google Reviews on Monday night at around 11:30pm and booked an appointment for 10am the following day. A part of me was skeptical that the owner would actually see the message and show up on time since I booked it so late at night. Oh, how wrong I was. Pablo, the owner, texted me right after I booked the appointment to ask follow-up questions to ensure he was prepared the following morning.
Pablo was timely, efficient, and even adjusted our detailing price because the car didn't need as much as I originally thought. He's honest in a city where that is quite hard to find, and the VW Taos looks brand new! I cannot stress enough how much I would recommend Pablo and Del Sol Detail. His convenient service is affordable, he runs an honest business, and his professionalism renewed my faith and expectations from the service industry. Highly recommend!
