I want to start out by saying that this salon is clean and beautiful. However, the lack of time management by my stylist is just unacceptable. The last 4 appointments I’ve had, I have waited over half an hour or more because my stylist was running behind.
This past Friday was the last straw. My appointment was originally at a certain time and one of the receptionists called me to let me know my stylist was running behind and ask if I could come in later. I appreciated the call and came in at the later time, thinking it would save me from sitting in the salon and waiting.
So when I walked in and saw my stylist was washing someone’s hair out and still needed to cut, dry and style them (which is probably at least another 45 minutes to an hour), I was understandably upset and spoke to the women at the front desk. She was fantastic and I wish I got her name because she deserves kudos. She understood and offered me options (having someone else do my hair, rescheduling, etc) which I appreciated but declined.
Unfortunately, I would’ve loved to continue coming to this salon to get my hair done but having to agree to a cancellation policy about being charged/cancelled if you’re late and then allowing stylists to constantly fall behind and completely disrespect my time is unacceptable.
I just wanted to warn people: if you value your time, it may be wasted here.

Our stylists do their absolute best to stay on schedule, but they also take great pride in their work. When a client is in their chair, they don’t rush any part of the process—they want every person to leave feeling beautiful and confident.
We always try to communicate delays as clearly as possible, and when we know there will be a wait, we’re more than happy to make the experience easier—whether that means grabbing a coffee, picking up takeout for you, or offering alternative options.
We completely understand your frustration, and we’re truly sorry that the timing issues impacted your experience. Your time is valuable, and it’s never our intention for anyone to feel disrespected or overlooked.
