Very bad and irresponsible service. We were promised the scooty by 2 PM but kept getting excuses till 5 PM. After waiting till 4 PM, we even went out ourselves to find the shop, and the Google location provided was also incorrect. Even after reaching there, there was no proper response — only more excuses and false promises.
As two girls waiting at the station, we expected at least basic professionalism and concern, but instead we were completely ignored and misled for no reason. In the end, we had to arrange another scooty ourselves. Extremely unprofessional behavior.
I just want to say please do not add this service for your rides otherwise you guys also could face all this and worst as well.

AMAZING experience! If you are going to rent a bike in Delhi, you must rent from Delhi Bikes Hub...The bike is very good & the Himalayan 450cc bike is a complete rocket, it would be my favorite bike, the condition of the bike is also very good..... Bhaiya's nature is also very good, he is very helpful and guide❤️🫶
