I spent an evening at the Delaney; joining a resident for dinner, listening to live entertainment, receiving a tour and meeting with staff. It is a wonderful community. There is a warmth and friendliness among the staff and residents that made me feel very welcome. The facilities are beautiful. I highly recommend the Delaney!

The Delaney is a beautiful place with so many activities for their Residents!! The Staff is outstanding and compassionate. I have personally worked with the Move-In Coordinator, Angie Escobar, who goes above and beyond to ensure the new Residents have an easy transition into moving in!! She even works on her day off to assist in furniture shopping with those who are unable to go alone. Her level of service & dedication proves her position is not just a job to her. Highly recommend Angie and Delaney on the Green!! 💯

What a gorgeous facility. I had the pleasure of providing entertainment for Delaney on the Green. The staff were so easy to work with and the people who live there were all amazing. My staff all agreed it was a beautiful place to live.

I had the pleasure of visiting The Delaney at The Green, and as someone who works in senior living myself, I was truly impressed. The community is beautiful, but what stood out most was the warmth and professionalism of the team. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that residents are genuinely cared for and supported. The atmosphere felt welcoming, vibrant, and full of life, exactly what senior living should be.

The Delaney is a beautiful facility and the staff is top notch. I have been there for a few events and the food is also not what you would expect of a senior living community.

My parents moved into the Delaney in September 2024. If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars, I would. The residents are extremely welcoming; the community here is much like an extended family. And the staff? From the Director to each and every staff member I have met (and I visit often, so have met most of them) -- each one is kind, thoughtful, respectful, helpful. The apartments are top notch; the location is nearby excellent medical facilities, shopping and more. The food is delicious; the activities - there is something for everyone. It is undoubtedly pricey, but my parents and I believe it is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

I recently toured The Delaney at The Green with Donna Salvanti, it is an exceptional senior living community nestled in Florham Park, New Jersey. It's luxurious and vibrant lifestyle for seniors is second to none.
This community offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and personalized care. I would highly recommend this amazing facility to anyone.

The Delaney on the Green is a spectacular, community! I had the pleasure of touring with Donna Salvati, who couldn't have been more welcoming, and clearly has a passion for helping seniors and their families. As a professional in the Senior Living space as well, who tours communities often on behalf of families, this community ranks at the top of my list. It's not only the aesthetics, which ARE absolutely gorgeous, it's the thought that went into the amenities and programming to encourage a vibrant, purposeful lifestyle and more importantly care standards to ensure graceful aging in place as a resident's needs change.

My mother has been a resident for about 16 months. The staff are so helpful and seem to really care...they go above and beyond (Special kudos to Cristina, Allison and Linda). The facility seems more like a hotel than anything else. The only negative thing that most residents complain about is the food. I've had it and agree that there could be a lot of room for improvement. All said, an excellent choice for seniors.

I teach meditation here and the facility is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very friendly and the residents truly seem pleased with this place. I would recommend!

As a professional in the senior living space I have visited many residences. Delaney at the Green is more like a warm and inviting hotel than a typical independent/assisted living. A resident of one year and her daughter gave Delaney and its services a two thumbs up!

I recently toured The Delaney at The Green in Florham Park and was struck by its cozy, intimate atmosphere - it truly felt like stepping into a warm and welcoming home. It’s also one of the nicest continuing care retirement communities I’ve had the pleasure of visiting.
I had the pleasure of touring the facility with Donna Salvati, and she made the entire experience so enjoyable. Her energy is infectious, and her hospitality made me feel immediately comfortable as someone visiting the community for the first time. I could tell she truly cares about every resident and visitor she meets. The Delaney is so lucky to have someone like Donna on their team as she personifies the warmth and sense of connection that this community fosters.
