The Defiant Machine Works team delivers on their promise! I sent my S&W Bodyguard 2.0 slide to them for optic milling services, so I could mount a Burrus Fastfire C red dot optic. I received the slide two weeks later, mounted the optic last night, took it to the range today and fired around 400 rounds. It works perfectly, well-worth the $185.00 charge. I now have the ideal EDC firearm, perfect for me. 1 pound, 02 ounces total weight with 12 rounds in the mag, and now very accurate.

Fast and easy to work with, providing updates throughout the process as my order progressed. They joked about my attempt at a self-install of my iron sights, but quickly fixed my mistake and delivered exactly what I needed for my slide cut. After sending in my slide, I found a better option for the cut and they upgraded it without any issues or hassle. An absolute pleasure to work with, I’ll definitely be sending in my next slide and barrel for porting.
