Deep River Dentistry Dr Kwon & Staff I recently moved to the area and chose Deep River Family Dentistry when I was experiencing severe tooth pain, and I’m so glad I did. The girls at the desk (were great)got me in quickly to see Dr Kwon for a consultation, took the time to explain exactly what was going on, and thoroughly walked me through my options. He performed an extraction bone graft and implant, and throughout the entire process he was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and focused on making me feel as comfortable as possible. His care, compassion, and professionalism really stood out. The gals that scanned my mouth for a mouth guard were fabulous. The whole staff was warm and compassionate, understanding and genuinely supportive! Five stars all day long! Kudos to the whole team. Best Debra

Prior to becoming a DR Family Dental (DRFD) patient and for most of my life I have dreaded going to the dentist. Since I started at DRFD my outlook on dental care has changed dramatically. I'm 76 and over the past 25+ years my dentists have either retired, or sold their practices and I have been with 3 other dentists. None of them changed my outlook on dental care and may have worsened the relationship. With DRFD I can honestly say I now look forward to the dental care I recieve there and I am more motivated to improve my own dental habits. I'm so impressed with not only Dr Kwon but every technician, hygienist, assistant and staff member of the practice. I'm amazed at how qualified and professional they all are. I've had to see most everyone of them with the considerable amount of work done. If you are new to the area or your current practice is changing or you just want something better then you definitely should consider DRFD. You won't regret it!

I just moved into the area and i picked Deep River Dental from a recommendation. I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had with a dentist office and staff. The front office people were so nice and helpful. My dental assistant was THE BEST!! I made an appointment for a toothache and issue was elevated in 2 days. My dentist was awesome. The front desk took care of everything with my insurance. I can’t say enough about everyone especially my dental assistant.. I strongly recommend them to any and everyone.

I had 2 implants done a few days ago. I have had multiple by excellent dentists in Boston where I lived before moving to Windsor. It is a hike to Deep River from here. I went because of the great recommendations. Do you hate or are afraid of dentist's needles, don't be. I did not even feel anything. The whole operation was so smooth and painless, I hardly noticed it. When I left, I braced mysel for the swelling and pain that has always followed when the lidocaine wears off.....nothing happened. Nothing. No pain no swelling, no pain relievers needed. WOW

Having MAJOR cosmetic dentistry done at Deep River Family Dental has actually been a pleasure!. Dr Kwon an artistic dentist with “mad skills” has repaired my “broken” smile with numerous crowns and dental implants. During the lengthy process when I had an issue one of my temporary crowns the dental assistants Brie and Katrina are so skilled and knowledgeable that they were able to make the repair as Dr Kwon wasn’t in that day. I commuted over 50 miles for the best price to get my extensive cosmetic dentistry performed and now have the BEST most beautiful Natural smile ever! Shout out to Susan in Financing and Nancy at Reception for contributing to make my dental experience exceptionally positive. My 100 miles round trips to Deep River Family Dental has been well worth it for the most reasonable cost and the superior quality of dental services I received there!

every time i come to deep river family dental, i am greeted warmly by the front desk, they are very sweet and make everyone feel welcome and comfortable in the lobby. appointments are smoothly booked and they’re as flexible as they can be with times. as someone who is younger with quite more issues (root canals, implants, alot of cavities) with my teeth than usual at my age, it’s hard not to feel embarrassed for previous poor dental hygiene, but Dr. Kwon and his wonderful assistants are always very friendly and make me feel more excited and hopeful than embarrassed and nervous to fix my teeth to better health. they’re supportive and communicate well with my concerns and needs and i can tell they actually care about their patients. the decor and state of the building and rooms are clean and comfortable, not to mention the music choices are very fun. i highly recommend the team and am always happy to go there every time! :)

Outstanding dental practice. Ellen my hygienist was excellent, was in my top two best experiences for dental cleaning! Dr Lee was personable, respectful, and gave me a couple options without the expectation of accepting services, which I highly appreciated.
