To respond to some of the specifics: We are fully transparent that we do not accept insurance and patients are able to submit claims on their own at any time. We are fully transparent on costs of services and do everything in our power to keep costs low and offer assistance. We raise money through our foundation to help those in financial need and offer financing for those who do not qualify. We never want a lack of resources to be the reason that anyone does not get the help they need. We are committed to taking the time with our patients. All first consults are 60 minutes. We do not believe that any doctor can get to underlying root causes in short appointments like most offer.

It is a rare instance where a practitioner would offer to end a consult early but may be based on you "coming in at level 10 pain." We treat chronic conditions and any prescriptions would be part of a healing care plan after lab results. We are not an urgent care or emergency services department and are not able to properly access, evaluate and offer prescription pain medication on a first visit.

It is a serious matter if you were contacted inappropriately. All staff are HIPAA trained and they understand the duty of maintaining confidentiality. If this occurred, please contact us with details so that we can take appropriate action.

We will never forget how you were... and to see you now! You are the picture of perseverance and staying the course.
