Extremely fast and efficient service — I used the express service because I decided rather last minute to have them signed by a specific person during a brief last minute visit for other reasons. I ordered them on a Sunday afternoon to my destination address (I was due to arrive Tuesday afternoon) in hopes they’d arrive before I left (Friday morning) because I really wanted this specific person to be my witness. I was pleased to find that the documents in fact arrived before I did! They were in pristine condition and the accompanying information is extremely helpful. 10/10 service at a very competitive price.

When the passport office lost my birth certificate and both my deed poll certificates I was really upset because I didn't know what to do, especially when they said they could replace my birth certificate but not my deed polls! But after a quick Google search I found this company and it turned out to be a pretty simple process. The online form is really easy to follow and I had my new documents in no time. The only thing I regret is not paying the extra to have a copy stored on their system but if this ever happens again I will.

Documents look super professional, they've been accepted without issue by all sorts of institutions including a university, bank, multiple government agencies.
Their support are excellent - very prompt and you can actually reply to emails you get sent!
Haven't had to use SafeStorage but knowing its there makes me feel happy as well, 100% recommend getting multiple originals!!
I was also given a cover letter as well as a more strongly worded letter for any organisations that happen to be problematic about your deed polls, which are nice just to have in case.

The service I received was first class, faultless and so quick. I have had no issues at all changing my name with banks etc, the deed poll certificate was accepted immediately. Between requesting the name change and receiving the certificate (I paid extra for same day post) it took no longer than 1 week. Deep poll office made this transition simple and stress free. I would definitely recommend them.
