I wish this would have worked but it didn't. Unfortunately, they lied to me. When I first started, I made a joke about if I miss payments am I screwed, but the lady said that once a year they have a grace period. She explained where if I miss my payment they will work with me. Unfortunately, when I called to ask if they can cover my payment, they wouldn't only reduced. I called again, they reduced another payment and told me everything is ok. Now they're saying if I don't pay more than my original payment amount, I'll be at risk of not paying the creditors as agreed... no shit, that's why I called them in the first place... because I couldn't pay creditors as agreed. Unfortunately, after over 18 months in the program, thousands I paid them, I'm back to square one.. filing bankruptcy. I wish it went better but it is what it is. I recommend calling your creditors and negotiating with a payment plan. Even if they go into collections it's okay... this company let's your debts go into collections anyway
Carmen is fantastic, kind, thoughtful, patient and caring. I rather talk with her than anyone else. I'm 77 years and lots of people don't have time to deal with senior citizens but Carmen does.She is very knowledgeable. I was getting nervous thinking she was going to get tired of helping me. She kept reassuring she didn't mind so I panicking and calm down. Give her a raise. She is a jewel.

Carmen had empathy for my situation. My husband past away and my income was now cut in half. It will be awhile till i really know how much social security i will be getting so she changed my payment schedule till all is worked out.
