Time consuming, very patient and understanding. Such a relief trusting Debt Blue to handle my debts. I rest assure knowing my debts are settling slowly but surely. From owing 9 credits cards, now I'm down to just 3 outstanding. Great team, thank you guys!!

Carmen had empathy for my situation. My husband past away and my income was now cut in half. It will be awhile till i really know how much social security i will be getting so she changed my payment schedule till all is worked out.

At the beginning it seemed like it was a good choice. However 4 months in they have only paid off 1 of the debts & have collected more than double for them selves in "fees" then they have in paying of the debts. I tried emailing no response, I called got the run a round. Asked to speak to a manager was told no. They lied to us about multiple things. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!
