My name is Alvin L. Yes, I am a real person writing this review. I was unsuccessful in taking my own life 2 times. Yes, my life is pretty shitty. My best friend recommended me to try Deadhead Chemist. I bought some mushrooms and the DMT vape pen. Took me about 2 weeks to even try these 2 product after delivery. My life has completely transformed. Life is AMAZING now. My relationship with my 2 children flourished, my anxiety is now manageable, my outlook in life changed for a much positive mind set. No Customer Service
Order was placed Feb 25th and payment sent. We never heard from them. We reached out to them on March 30th and again heard nothing. We reached out again Apr 19th and still nothing. If they can’t fill the order then just refund the payment.

Quick but silent shipping

Great Products, bad service, failed order and no customer support.
Tried their MEO product a couple weeks back after I had to switch over to this company because Psychedelia had been having a number of shipping issues. This company did a great job and a had a blast.
I order a second vial and put in the request with the expedited shipping, so an extra 20 dollars + the Gold Vape Pen. Seems like they ran out and they sent me NN and the NN black pen. Not only was I disappointed in the pen, I can't actually use NN because it makes me feel sick.
I also have not heard back from anyone on their team in a couple of weeks since I've been trying to contact them, and for some reason, I can not log into my account or any other accounts I try and make. It appears the website it self is having issues remembering passwords.
I explicitly saved a password to a sheet and tried it after and it did not work.

Great product, Lack of customer service
I have been dealing with DHC for close to a year now and for the most part they have been very pleased. Lately I havent gotten any responses from their support team via email and my orders have been taking much longer to begin processing and to be delivered. It can be quite frustrating when there is a fair amount of money in the air. Outside of these issues lately they have been great.

Disappointed

Waiting for it to get here
I give the product five stars for sure. But this also like I just seen in the last comment of a review that someone else hasn't received anything in 2 weeks. I also haven't received my order and it's almost been 2 weeks and usually it's a week and considering. I live in Vancouver and this man or woman is shipping from Burnaby. You would think that it would be a week or less. If you want some help with your customer service, I'd be glad to answer emails for you and do all that leg work. Just make sure you pay me in product!!!

Do not trust this site anymore
I have been ordering from this site for about 2 years and had no problems.Untill AUTO-DEPOSIT to this seller was available (no security question and answer needed). It is a more automated system for less management and because of this, it is more likely to have glitches and problems. I ordered 115$ of products on the 5 of february and is still on HOLD and my money was auto-deposited to them. I tried calling and e-mail without a reply.
So If you write a good or bad REVIEW the automated system will answer accordingly, if you write a BAD review it will reply "Contact Customer Service" every time. So there not reading the reviews.
MY ORDER # 7928 HAS BEEN ON HOLD AND PAYED SINCE FEBRUARY 5! CAN CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACT ME.

I thought this was a scam right from the get go,reminded me of another site I thought was a scam,selling same products,called Trippy Chemist....look to see....I'd read all of the 1 star comments you,very believable,compared to the AI GENERATED comments...all standard,same ordinary etc....all yhe company responses also sound AI.....just my opinion but I'd say BEWARE!!!!

Order always delivers and is always wicked
I have been ordering from dhc for over three years now, I see reviews saying package was never received, and no answer from customer service. I have never had a problem receiving my order. Usually 4 to 5 days. . . I'm always slightly concerned this time I won't get it because it seems to happen to some people. But I've still got every order. I do agree that they aren't exactly punctual in the customer service area . I was very let down by the pre roll dmt however , they weren't even close to a cartridge and I'm regretting trying them out. But that isnt bringing my star rating down. Every other time it's top notch and hopefully we can work something out ! I

REVISED: Yall. Im suprised to say I have made a huge mistake. I thought I got scammed because I got no response from customer service and it took some time of waiting but my order showed up today, exactly what I wanted.
