Reliable But Slow.
I’ve been using this site for a couple years now, and let’s start with the positives.
Pros:
Product: everything I’ve tried so far, has been pure, effective, well priced and never dull.
Legitimacy: we’re fortunate enough to have websites like deadhead, here to supply and stay true to their word. They do, and they will send you the product.
Kindness: when you do hear from them, they are kind. They’re brief, but kind and apologetic.
Cons:
If you were to ask me 2 years ago, or even a year ago my thoughts, I would have no bad things to say about this company. But in this recent year, the quality of service, responsiveness, and pace, has tanked tremendously.
They can be slow: my most recent order, I felt as though I had been scammed. I emailed them multiple times, I wasn’t hearing anything back, my transfer had been accepted and I never received a confirmation email. Eventually, I did hear from them 3 weeks later, where they apologized for the delay, and my product is currently on the way+tracking. The last order was similar to this as well.
Responsiveness: their onsite chat is futile and you will never hear from them. You need to email them directly and when you do, expect a long silence. Honestly I’m not sure if I just annoyed them in to responding. Deadhead, I apologize for my multiple emails, I thought you were doing my dirty.
Computer generated review responses: I mean clearly it is. And I think that’s a huge issue. People come here to express their losses. To express their dissatisfaction. To reach out to you for help. And they don’t receive that. We receive computer generated response always about the same as the others.
Overall. This company will do what you need it to and what it’s here for, and their products are trustable, high quality, and fairly priced. But in this last year, things have gotten shittier, and I hope you guys read this. I hope you recognize that something you’re doing here isn’t optimal, and that if you guys just got back in check, you’d be the best site out here. You used to be, and I want to be a supporter, you guys just need to step it up in all honesty.
