Don't buy Victoria-elise in Vancouver Canada. I bought a coat from them and it is horrible, its like it came from Walmart except for the price. This is the email they sent me. I emailed them back 4 times, they fell off the face of the earth, never heard a word from them. Now I'm stuck with a cheap coat that I hate and I can't do a thing about it. Dear Bernice,
