De Babel’s food is delicious. We’ve been coming for years and it is a family favorite. The chicken tawook’s flavors are stellar. The lamb is so tender. The beef is flavorful. The tabouli is lemony and fresh. There isn’t a dish on the menu that doesn’t have thought behind it and ingredients that compliment each other. The service- next level!!! The family puts so much effort into each meal they make and you can tell. No corners are ever cut. If you ever have to wait, it’s because they care and want you to have the best experience every time you eat here so please be patient! They are the greatest! Ordered lunch portion falafel plate with baba ganoush as a side option. Was surprised to see rice wasn't included as a standard part of the meal. Baba ganoush portion was quite large but I would've preferred less of that to have some rice. Otherwise food was fantastic and service was friendly with a good vibe. Crispy falafel, soft bread.
