Dependable Claims Specialist (DCS) saved us! We have had State Farm Ins. for more than Fifty (50) years, and State Farm was denying major parts of our claim.

Josh came to my insurance claim after the prior person had me at a disrespectfully low stalemate offer for 1 year and 10 months. Not only did he get the insurance company to pay up big time, he did it in about 6 months. He is very attentive and caring when it comes to his clients. We had a failure of a fill line to a toilet while out of town and ended up with a flooded house. We immediately filed a claim with the insurance company but received little to no communication or feedback from the insurance company. We decided to engage a public adjuster, found Josh, and made contact. We are really glad we did. Josh is very knowledgeable with industry standards, regulations, and the re-build process. This qualifies him to advocate for the insured in a way that ensures the best outcome for his client. He more than made up for his fee in what he was able to accomplish compared to what we would have been able to do on our own. He holds the insurance company to account according to the law in a way that the normal insured could not do. Josh simply overheard my bf expressing how badly we were being treated (mistreated) by our insurance company after Hurricane Ian and offered to help. He was going to get us temporary housing and be on his way, and then he realized there was WAY more going on. We gladly hired him as our PA and I can’t imagine having to go through that fight on our own. He’s knowledgeable in state laws and can/will stand up to probably any type of personality.
