DBM roofing did a great job on a roof issue we had. We had a leak over our HVAC system. Brandon and his team got the part we needed and did a repair and new shingles. With the recent torrential rain we have had in Savannah, there were no more leaks! Thanks for the repair and peace of mind!

Amazing company to work with. Our roof looks amazing. Brandon communicated with us through scheduling which was prompt and fit in between rain days. The crew pulled up at 645am and were finished by 3pm. They left the job and looked like they were never here. Left no debris. Very professional, caring people. Great prices. Would highly recommend ❤️!!

After a lot of back and forth I finally talked to the right person to help me with my complaints.
I must of called 8 to 9 different companies in the area to try and fix my soffit and this was the only company willing to do so due to roofing companies still being quite backed up with repairs from the hurricanes that hit. After the last hurricane I was lucky enough to have had my soffit blown off my j channel.
At first I was told it would need replaced but the workers who came out managed to save time and just simply pull it back down into the track.
I’m pretty afraid of heights so I knew I wouldn’t be caught anywhere near a ladder that high so I’m thankful to them coming out to resolve my issues. I had a run in with some communication issues after the work was done and eventually it got resolved and I’m very grateful that I was listened to and I received the help I very much needed.

I am reviewing DBM Roofing because the good reviews are why I chose them, so I want to make sure the next person doesn't make the same mistake. I do not recommend this company. We engaged with them in 2024 for a roof replacement, proactively because ours was 20 years old and had some soft spots. Without scheduling the service, the company randomly showed up at our house one morning when no one was home and started the replacement, even though they were supposed to wait until we were finished replacing the existing fascia boards since that was not in their wheelhouse as roofers. Thankfully, my husband was able to get home quickly and complete the fascia while they were here since the roof flashing has to be installed over it. It was luck that made him come home while they were here, because he witnessed them lay shingles over rotted boards instead of replacing the rotted boards as agreed, even though we agreed to pay for every board that needed replacing so they weren't losing anything by doing it correctly. Only after he said something about the rotted boards did they redo their work in that section to replace it. The crew left nails all over our yard, so much so that we had to purchase a magnet roller to clean it up ourselves. They also used one of our stone yard pavers to support their supply trailer without asking and broke the paver, and left it without telling us. They had to return a few weeks later to install a roof ventilation box that they were supposed to install on the first visit, but didn't bring their own tools so had to use ours (they also showed up two hours earlier than what was scheduled). Lastly, when we received our final invoice for them, they incorrectly listed that we already paid half when we had actually not paid anything, so I had to ask them to correct it. Fast forward to only EIGHT MONTHS later and said new roof is now leaking onto our ceiling. I called them immediately upon our discovery of this on a Wednesday, was told someone would be out that week, and on Friday was notified that they couldn't make it due to the weather (that was making our leak worse) and that it would be Monday before arrival. Now we are having to buy a tarp and install it until they repair their own bad work. Save yourself time and headache and look elsewhere.
