I've recently had my family bathroom turned into a wet room due to my mobility getting worse.
The job was looked at and planned and a start date was set, workmen turned up on time on the specified date, introduced to me and told me what jobs they were doing and how long they would be. Everything went so smoothly from start to finish, the guys were all so professional and clean and every step was discussed with me. Finding a building company that you can trust to do the work properly and turn up on time is rare but I can 100% say this buisness is the one that can be trusted. I left the house and left the workers in on there own and never once felt insecure or at risk.
I would and will highly recommend this firm for any building work needed.

Dan & his team are an absolute credit to their respective professions. From start to finish, the whole operation was slick. Dan overlooks the whole extension job in hand and meticulously plans each and every day so time is not lost and each tradesmen knows exactly when and where they are needed to ensures deadlines are met. From the initial digging out to the completion of the extensive, his team were very tidy, polite and extremely professional. I cannot recommend Dan Blackburn and his team enough. Dan and the team have been great whilst completing our single storey extension. His whole team were very professional, completed the job to a high standard and all project managed very well by Dan, who regularly came of evenings and weekends to check on progress and understand what was needed next. He is very flexible, and brought the job forward 6 months upon request , and i would recommend him & his team for any future work.
Dan and his team did a superb job on re-roofing my house along with new guttering and downpipes. Dan organised everything from my competitive quote to scaffolding and everything else from start to finish in a very professional manner.
His team were a pleasure to work with and were extremely respectful of my home, left everything tidy at the end of the day.

Dan did a transformation on our garden. We agreed price, start date, materials and initial design. Dan and his team were reliable, polite and hard working throughout. Highly skilled and knowledgeable, Dan helped point us in the right direction when it came to decision making and was accommodating even when we changed our minds! Highly Recommended and will use him again.
Despite offering an emergency service when we had leaking roof and assuring us that he would be with us shortly he failed to show with not even so much as a phone call.

Dan and his team replaced fascias, soffits, gutters, cladding, dry verges and ridges etc. Worked hard and did a very professional job. Always turned up when expected and everything was finished to a high standard. Would definitely recommend and will use again. Thanks to Dan, James and Keiper for a great job.
