Taylor and Sarah did an outstanding job and thought of things I had not. I also appreciated their communication with me throughout the cleaning since I couldn’t be there for a walkthrough prior. The best part is coming home to the smell of a clean home!

We contracted for a deep clean on my mother’s house to prepare it for sale. Jocelyn, Gabby and Taylor were sent over and did an outstanding job of making the house look spotless once again. It has been years since a thorough cleaning was done at the house but once these ladies had finished, the floors, counters and all molding was shinning!! Just had Ashley and Jocelyn over at my Moms place to do a cleaning and it was a very pleasant experience. They are through and quick for the time given. My mom is older now so having this taken care of for her is very helpful thanks girls.

I had been using another company for cleaning services for quite some time. The work that Emily and Taylor did was observably better. I didn’t realize how much more detailed a clean I could have for the money.

I really wanted to like this company, and I gave them plenty of time to get familiar with my home—but unfortunately, the experience was consistently disappointing.
One thing that was never clearly explained upfront is that if a door is closed, they won’t clean that room. I understand not wanting to walk into something unexpected, but this should absolutely be stated in their terms or communicated clearly. During the first cleaning, all three upstairs bedroom doors were closed (to keep our dog out), and none of those rooms were cleaned. That left me wondering what I actually paid for that day.
There were also repeated issues that I brought up multiple times that were never corrected. For example, I have a small corner shelf in my half bath that was never dusted—not once—even after I specifically mentioned it. The same areas kept getting missed every visit.
The mirrors were another issue—they were streaky every single time. I mentioned it, but it never improved.
I was also told fans weren’t cleaned unless it was an additional charge, even though the paperwork I received initially had that included.
Overall, I feel like I gave plenty of opportunity for things to improve, but the same problems kept happening. I just expected more consistency and attention to detail for the price
I know Angela was new to us. Bathroom towels were left unfolded. Dresser not dusted garbage not taken out.

This cleaning service has been a disaster from the beginning. First they never arrive when they’re scheduled to. Then the first time they came to our home they sent this girl named Leann who was extremely rude to my husband and extremely slow and inefficient at her job. She also stated she had cleaned rooms that had not been cleaned yet. They then proceeded to charge double what we agreed on. I was ok with it as long as they didn’t send her to my home again. I let them know what happened and asked that she not be sent to my house again, and guess who showed up 2 weeks later. You guessed it, Leann. She was also rude again, so I asked for a replacement to be sent. They eventually did, but then the replacement started complaining about not having enough time to finish. And we’re trying to leave without finishing. Mind you they started 3 hours later than they were supposed to, and my house isn’t very dirty. It’s just big (4700 sq ft) I’ll be switching to Molly maid or someone similar, but I’ll never send this company any business of mine again. I do not recommend.
We have been very happy with this service over the last couple of years. Never a cancellation and always arriving ready to work. They have been flexible in using products I like as well as their own. We are empty nesters so the house doesn't get very dirty between cleanings, but we do live on a dirt road and deal with dirty floors and my wood floors always look great when they leave. Ashley has been serving us for a while now and we look forward to her visits every other week.

As far as pricey, we are not the cheapest and not the most expensive we are in the middle, we just always want our clients to recieve value for what they do pay as well as pay our Cleaning Technicians and staff very well so they always give their very best for our clients.
Debbie and trainy did a wonderful job. It is too bad that dawn to dusk scheduled training on a house like mine. It is only a 2 hour house and with 2 people it becomes 1 hour. This is very poor scheduling on the company's part

The worst-case scenario I could anticipate was them not showing up at the scheduled time. And they didn't show up without any prior notice. I had no choice but to handle it myself. I scheduled this three weeks ago, but this was the only service I received from them today.

Hello Tony. We apologize that our technician that was scheduled to clean your home was sick that day. If we had the ability to have someone else come, we definitely would have. Can understand how frustrating that can be. Thankfully, we have several more employees; who are in training with a seasoned trainer, that soon will be able to give the best service that is required do a great cleaning. Again we do apologize for this inconvenience.
