This fence has been amazing I have 2 pitbull they have gotten out before so I called to see about electric fences not only were they very cost effective they work very fast and are very friendly gave me training to do from the first time my dogs no longer tryed to get past the fence it gives me peace of mind recently I had broken the wire from shoveling got ahold of them came out the next day and fixed it I’ve dealt with other places before and this has been the best experience would give higher rating if it would let me will def recommend

My neighbor decided to install a fence directly on the underground cable destroying it.
Mirek came out the same day to walk the property and give me a quote to replace the cable. Within a week it was scheduled and installed! Great communication! Quick, clean work! Thanks again for the turn around on getting my invisible fence back up and functional!

highly recommended. very quick and stress-free training for your dog. my dogs learned 6 days after installation, even though we don't live in this house yet. the training was carried out according to Chris's instructions, he was in daily contact with me and instructed me step by step what to do.

My puppy responded very well to the visual borders that were used to train him. Chris followed up to make sure everything was going well. We just installed our new fence with Chris and his staff by a recommendation from a friend who used them. They did a a great job installing our new fence. The training he did with myself and our puppy was straightforward and so easy. Chris is super responsive for questions and he follows up to make sure all is going great. Highly recommend!

I've found Pet Stop products to be the easiest on pups and user friendly as well! You've opted for the Link system which makes it even easier... with a push of a button a new program is delivered right to your collar. No charge for that either!!!
Don't forget to be connected and ready to go when you set the flags at your second property. If it's fine the way we discussed, Roxie will believe the fence boundaries are there as well without having to bury new wire, saving you a bunch of money!

This company installed a fence in my next door neighbors yard and cut my fence in the process. Completely unapologetic or willing to fix it and wanted to charge me $150!! Horrible shady business!
Quite simply your Response is exactly what I expected…. Regardless of where the property line is you cut my fence! Those are the facts!! A little integrity goes a long way towards good customer service!

Not sure what you're referring to but if I cut a line it's simply because you're installer encroached upon my customers property. If this is on Iron Horse in Elgin you should really be complaining about C-NO-PET-FENCE who installed your boundary wire far onto those neighbors property.
So, no, not apologetic enough to locate and then move the wire off your neighbors property. To think we'd repair or correct someone else's mistake for free is a stretch. I'm more than a foot and a half onto my customers property. So the fault is not ours and nothing shady about it. I do understand that when inconvenienced is easy to fire up the computer and arm chair warrior a review and to blame others. Reviews are full of childish complaints.
And thank you.. having all 5 stars is not good according to Google so I appreciate your review however misguided it might be. Blaming others is the way the world works now, I guess. Instead of complaining how much I would charge to fix your problem you might save the energy and call C-no- pet-fence. They should handle this for free... it's their install that was greatly off property lines. So call them and fix the issue ... it shouldn't cost you a dime, unless you told them that was your property. In which case you'll probably pay more... The gentleman there seemed a bit confused as to where the property line is located. Yep...I cut your wire that was no where near it should've been. Fact. No arguments. And your comment about regardless of where the property line is sounding a bit entitled, no?

We used Dawg Fence in 2021 for a dog fence for our new puppy. We had a really great experience with Chris and team and love the fence. Chris was very helpful throughout the whole process and followed up several times to see if I had any questions and to provide tips. The day of the installation they provided great training too. I would highly recommend Dawg Fence for anyone looking for a dog fence. The product works great!

We desperately needed an underground electric fence for our 2 Rottweilers. This company was so professional, helpful and friendly. The owner came to our house, installed the fence in a few hours and helped us "train" the dogs with it. We had our fence installed 7 months ago and yesterday I needed a new collar for my dog and when I reached out for help, I got help immediately. That is what I call AMAZING customer service!
