Anyone that is looking into buying a home I would 100% Recommend their office was absolutely amazing and so patient anytime I had a question they answered and didn’t make me feel like a burden not only that but we closed 7 days sooner than we were supposed to, they were on top of everything and it made this process very easy!

William Dawes and his team are titans amongst mortals. (Which is apparent from his NMP 2024 Industry Titan Award per National Mortgage Professional Magazine). It was a true honor to work with this group to finally make our forever home a reality. The service provided by William and his team is so far beyond the standard that it deserves to be more than just a review, it should be a landmark. Lesser lenders should march down S Broadway Ave together at City Hall to erect a statue in honor of William and company. This company was excellent to work with! We just closed on our first home and we had no idea what we were doing. Fairway made this easy and the staff was super supportive. They go above and beyond to communicate and help you with anything you may need. I highly recommend them!
