I asked them to come to my house to check my furnace. They came out and charged me $89 to tell me they can’t work on it because someone has already worked on it. The furnace was brand new last year. No One had ever worked on the furnace! They wrote in the report I had my uncle work on it. I don’t have any uncles. They had 2 young men in the truck. It’s raining. They did not even get out of the truck. This is extremely Unethical and abusive to charge me. So, if they can’t work on a furnace that has been worked on then they only work on brand new houses!!!!! ????? Strange!
Wonderful experience with technician - Chris. He was outstanding. Very cordial, polite, and seemed to be a very good person. He fixed my kitchen light fixture in no time at all. (He also was able to come on the day I called, no more than a couple hours after.) If I ever have an electrical need again, I know to call Davis Services and ask for Chris ! (Thanks Chris, I appreciate ya !)
