Datel recently supplied and fitted an electric shower in our main bathroom. The service we received was 5 star. All the workers who attended throughout were courteous, professional and respected our property at all times. Shoes were removed and dust sheets put down. Explained / showed us what we needed to know . Can’t fault them. Not the cheapest company but I would use again without hesitation. Highly recommend this company

They took the time to explain what needed to be done in my new rental property in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. The team stayed late to ensure all the work was completed to a high standard, and they were professional, helpful, and respectful throughout. They also made sure everything was cleaned and tidied up after the job was finished. Communication between the technician, the administration team, and myself was excellent from start to finish—clear, prompt, and professional at all times. I've used Datel for many years. The time or two I used others I regretted it. They are not the cheapest but they are the best and you get lots of backup in the event of an out of hours problem.

After my grandfather was left with out electric and no over for weeks one phone call to the Datel team 2 members of team where sent to my grandfather’s electric sorted oven installed packaging taken away and advised that the fuse board needed updating. My grandfather who was a general builder in his youth had no problem with this over the moon with the team the Communication and service and is booking in to have his fuse board replaced. Can’t thank Dave and the Datel team enough

We're so pleased we could get things sorted for your grandfather so quickly. No one should be left without electricity and a working oven, and when we heard what had happened we wanted to make sure he was taken care of as soon as possible. He was an absolute gentleman and it was a pleasure to spend time with him!

It means a great deal to hear that he was happy with everything — from the electrics and the oven installation right down to the packaging being taken away. The little things matter just as much to us as the big ones.
