I cannot say enough great things about the customer service department. They have been incredibly helpful every step of the way when it comes to keeping my DOT company compliant with all drug and alcohol testing requirements. Their knowledge, professionalism, and patience have been outstanding. Anytime I have questions, they take the time to thoroughly explain everything I need to know and ensure I fully understand the regulations and next steps. I would recommend DATCS to everyone I know!!!

“I had an excellent experience at this drug and alcohol testing facility. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, respectful, and efficient. The process was explained clearly, and they made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and comfortable. The facility was clean, organized, and I was in and out much quicker than I expected. It’s obvious they value confidentiality and treat every person with dignity. I got tested here for my new job, and it was so pleasant! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They walked me through the process on how the testing would go. I got the results quickly and was able to land the job! Would recommend again and again 10/10

Luiz - the man that was supposed to be doing my drug screening, was caught leaning over in his chair to stare at my rear end as I walked away from the counter. I didn't say anything. After waiting a while, he opened the door to get me to come back, winked at me. Didn't call my name, looked at me and winked. I questioned "Oh, you're ready for me?" There were 3 other people in the waiting room. He couldn't give directions on where to walk to get to the testing area. I had to ask multiple times which direction, as he creepily stood behind me, not speaking. I kept turning to speak to him because it was uncomfortable with him being behind me. Get to the testing station, in a corner, nobody around, and he wants to make small taOH, "How's your day been? Nice weather we're having." I asked if I should leave my wallet in the basket, he replies with " yes... I'm not going to steal it." Jokingly back, I said... better not, that'll be bad for you. After the screening that proved that I was negative on everything required on the panel, I was asked to sign the paperwork he slid in front of me. Nothing marked negative on it... ok... any drug screen I've ever done for pre-employment has been marked before I sign. I was told that they would be sending it over to the employer. Something felt weird and off to me. I asked the other guy in the front, "what's the process and procedure on this? That guy was acting strange. Nothing marked on the form?" He confirmed, oh no we aren't supposed to mark it front of you and we send it off to the employer. Ok! Thanks! And I left. Made my way over to the employer to finish up turning in paperwork. I'm then told that there was a "conflict" while doing my drug screening and they aren't able to offer me the position anymore. I felt sexually harassed and uncomfortable by the employee of the Drug & Alcohol Testing and I made that known to the employer. Was I supposed to be ok with the strange movements of the guy at this place to get my job? No! Absolutely not!

Drug and alcohol collections are governed by strict federal and industry regulations designed to protect donor integrity, privacy, and chain of custody. As part of these required procedures:
Collectors do not finalize or mark test results in front of the donor. Results must be properly documented and reported through the appropriate channels and are sent directly to the employer or designated employer representative.
Collectors may walk behind the donor to the restroom to maintain compliance and chain-of-custody standards—not to cause discomfort.
Donors are asked to secure personal belongings such as wallets or phones prior to testing as a standard safeguard.
That said, all staff are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times. Any behavior that causes a donor to feel uncomfortable or disrespected is addressed internally and taken seriously. Your feedback has been documented and reviewed in accordance with our internal policies.
Regarding employment decisions, our facility does not control hiring outcomes. Employers make their own determinations based on the information they receive and their internal hiring policies.
