The service is great and very friendly! I am reviewing this from Kuching, Sarawak as Kuching does not have any Hard Disk Data Recovery services. This is my first time sending my Hard Disk to a data recovery centre. The reason why my hard disk malfunctioned is due to the read/write heads being faulty. I have previously try to find Hard Disk Data recovery services in Malaysia and they are quite expensive. However, Mr. Harvind from Ever Higher Data Recovery Centre (EHDR) has provided clear details on how I can get back my data with ease and at a reasonable cost. The shipping is also reasonable as well sending it via Poslaju from Kuching, Sarawak. Overall, I would recommend EHDR for data recovery services as it is convenient for me and they ensure that no data is left/lost due to faulty hardware. I will consider them as a first choice next time if I encouter such issues.
