Well done! Looking ahead at the issues coming over the hill. With the attention our industry has received over the last 3-5 years, attorneys looking to score with Tort law and a DOJ bent on breaking up our industry you hit every point we need to not only understand but articulate to our clients. Clear Cooperation is the next minefield. It was an intrusion of many Broker business models and should be discontinued. Outdated forms, agents not understanding their own business and unwilling to learn continues to create risk. Power Agents will continue to strive. Thank you Darryl for today's Hour of RE POWER!
