I can't sing high enouph praises for Darrell Cochran and his team. They represented me in federal court and we won against a fortune 500 company. Darrell has a keen sense of justice. Every time that l interacted with him or any one in his office from his partner, team of lawyers, to the office staff was like talking with a friend, yet they were highly professional. I had searched for a lawyer to take my case for almost 3 years. It was a tough one (dealing with COVID) and 4 law firms had taken it on, only to give up. Then I read an article in my local paper where Darrell Cochran and his firm had won a case of abuse dating back to the 1980s in my county. This gave me so much hope! So I sent out an email with a few of the documents I had gathered. Darrell called me back on a Sunday and took my case, which had a 3 year statute of limitations that was quickly running out. I had never been involved in a legal issue in my life, so having Darrell and his associates help me understand how it all worked was priceless. I felt like finally, someone was listening. He filed the case before the statute ran out and this fall, we finally settled and I truly felt justice had been served. I felt supported through the entire process and only wish I could have thanked everyone in person when I came to pick up my files, but they were on to helping someone else!
