From pick up to return delivery, we were very happy with the service. Our rugs have never looked better! We had two large ones cleaned and a smaller one cleaned and repaired. All three look brand new! Staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We are not wealthy, but they treated our home and furnishings with respect and dignity. The service is pricey, but worth every penny. We felt this was an investment in the longevity of our rugs and after 20+ years a cleaning was in order!
We had a wonderful experience having our 100-year-old Persian rug repaired and cleaned by Darmani rug repair. The rug had several worn spots, the edges were fraying and it was very dirty. David gave us information about the history of the rug and they did a very good job repairing it. Here is a before photo. You don’t really get a sense of the damage and then several after photos you can see that the edges have been repaired and there are no holes in the rug. We highly recommend them!
David cleaned and repaired the fringe of my Persian (Tabriz) rug. The workmanship was excellent and I couldn't be happier with the result. This company was amazing! We had some beautiful rugs that were pretty stained from having pets over the years. They were able to get every urine stain out and the carpets look good as new! The team helped us place the carpets and move furniture. Outstanding service will definitely be using them and highly recommend!

We have several delicate heirloom Persian rugs made of wool, silk, and wool–silk blends that needed serious cleaning. We’ve used other professional Persian rug cleaners before, but no one was able to remove all the odors and stains the way David did. He uses his own proprietary blend of cleaners that is incredibly effective yet gentle enough not to damage the rugs. It’s amazing how new they look and smell now.
For the amount of work involved, I found the prices very reasonable. I’ll only be using Darmany for my precious rug cleaning from now on, and I will happily recommend David to our friends and family.

We entrusted David at Darmany Oriental & Persian Rug Cleaning and Repair with our eight rugs, which we are very fond of. After checking out several companies, we decided on David's business and were very satisfied with his work. He showed up when he said he would, both to pick up and deliver our rugs. After he brought them back and put them in our living room, he cut the pads for each rug, walked through the house, and placed them where they would not only fit but would complement the room's aesthetic. This saved us a lot of time and we were not expecting this level of service. We would certainly him again!
David is a gracious guy and master curator! I hired him to clean and repair a couple rugs. He picked up and delivered back and placed them perfectly. He heard I was looking for a rug in my dining room and later came by with several choices and I was able to get the perfect one. After the Palisades fire he immediately came to pick up my rugs, clean and store them for 10 months while my house was being repaired and cleaned. Then he delivered them back with some more rugs for my to see for my hallways, entry, and den and again all perfect fits. He's amazing!
I used them to wash my wool rug, which had a five years of abuse and spills. The entire process was painless. They came and picked up the rug, cleaned it and brought it back and put it down for me. My rug looks brand new and they were able to get all the stains out including a red wine stain. I highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I have two very treasured large area rugs that were investment pieces and they are the only firm in the LA region that I would trust to clean them (we have 3 dogs and one can climb over gates). Their cleaning processes take time but it is worth the wait. 5 Stars!!
