Jake and his team did an excellent job power washing my house. He mentioned he also power washes and stains decks. Figured since my deck was in urgent need of refinishing, I would give his company a try. Glad I did, the deck looks amazing! Lot of attention to detail. Highly recommended for power washing and deck refinishing. Nice guy too!

I would like to highly recommend at thank the Colony Pressure Washing team for their excellent work. Colony Pressure Washing was one of three companies I contacted to pressure wash and paint my deck. They quickly provided a written quote, which was very reasonable and competitively priced. They worked within my schedule and availability. During the pressure washing stage, the quickly notified me that my deck had a number of rotting deck boards and railings. Even though they could not make the repairs themselves, they provided contact information for a general contractor partner. All the boards were replaced within a couple of days, at a very reasonable cost, and the rescheduled the painting. The staff was friendly and professional and worked quickly to complete the job. I am very pleased with the outcome. They were able to restore my deck completely and it looks awesome. Thank you!

Jacob and team are excellent - this was sort of a one-off service, in which we had approached them to see if they'd be interested in helping us install Govee lights. Looks fantastic, and we're very excited to play around with the settings this fall and winter... GO BIRDS!

Awesome job. I tried to polymeric sand my walkway, I totally messed it up. There was a haze on my pavers that I couldn't get out. Colony came out pressure washed, sanded and sealed it, It looks great. Jake also gave me an estimate for pressure washing my roof,house, and shed at a good price. I will have them back in the spring to do that work. Thanks Colony for an awesome job!

Jake and his team exceeded both mine and my wife's expectations. We had them pressure wash our roof and gutters. He and his team were on time, professional. We definetly be utilizing his services in the future.
