Mike was great. Thorough. Educating. Helpful. Friendly. A great experience.
Hard working installers. Great communication throughout the process, from the mechanics and the estimate. Earl was great to work with, very knowledgeable and Mike (company president) is awesome!!! Thanks for everything!!! I appreciate all the employees at Dan’s!!

Hey thanks Rick! Enjoy that high efficiency, Trane HVAC system installed by the hard working yet always smiling pros at Dan's Heating and Cooling! We will pass along your praises to Earl and the guys and as far as Mike goes... meh, we could've done worse. 😉😁
Extremely knowledgeable and professional technicians. The water source HVAC dual system is very complex and they mastered it very well. Highly recommend Dans to anyone.

We appreciate the accolades, Roger! Water source can be a tricky beast but we know how to tame them! We appreciate your business, good sir!😁
James was very good, very friendly and very knowledgeable. What I thought was a thermostat issue with my furnace ended up being a problem with a wiring issue with my Air Conditioner. He fixed the problem and got me back up and running.

Conner was efficient, explained things clearly, and very professional. I called in first thing in the morning and our problem fixed the same day. Great experience.

Josh that is a plumber did a super job. He knew exactly what to do and the job was done in a timely manner. The cost of the whole job was very reasonable. I recommend this company for any of your service needs.

So glad that David could rush to the rescue for you Donald! Thank you for giving him a shout on google! These reviews really help us earn the business of discerning customers! Also, its always good to see our guys getting recognized! 😁
So bad. I put a bad review on here. They posted my full name on their response, how awful. I had to remove the entire review to get my personal info removed.
My complaint is simple. I should be able to get a phone call quote after you go back to the shop after visiting my home and not be required to provide an email. That's it and i was told no and then my personal indo was shared in the review response. Ugh. Horrible

*EDIT* We are reposting our response ensuring your last name does not appear. It is our most sincere hope that the courage of your convictions will prevent you from deleting this a second time & allow for people to make up their own minds. We wish you the best of luck in replacing your HVAC system. *ORIGINAL RESPONSE* Cherity S, as much as we do not like having these conversations in the public forum, we believe all prospective customers need to see how we handle 1-star reviews. Arguably that just may be more important than how we handle 5-star reviews. You started the conversation by telling us
“I’m new at this so if I talked to you last week and was rude, I’m sorry. I’m trying to see about getting a new HVAC system. I’ve never done this before. So, I called last week and some people were saying they needed to come out, and other people were saying they didn’t. So, I’m just calling to see how you guys do this.”
Right out of the gate there is just so much to unpack here. 1. You don’t remember who you spoke to the prior week and whether you were rude to them or not. 2. Some people were saying they needed to come out, and some people were saying they didn’t. 3. You wanted to know how we do it.
We are not qualified to address # 1. However, # 2 clearly shows that you have already been subjected to the vast inconsistencies that exist from contractor to contractor in HVAC. We attempted to address # 3 by telling you how we do it. For reasons that are your own, you didn’t like that we email the estimates and inquired if we could text you or call you with the numbers. With great respect, Cherity we are not that company. If the number is the only thing that is important to you then going with one of the contractors that won’t even go to your house is the way to go.
In your haste to speedily type our negative review, you pointed out that we are a very highly reviewed company. We are proud of that. We earn those reviews through being thorough and detail oriented. There are plenty of contractors that will happily sell you a box to slap on the side of your home that will provide air to flow from your vents at different temperatures. We operate differently. We take into consideration a whole host of factors to custom build an estimate for your home and your preferences. Such as square footage, ceiling height, window location/ sun facing, insulation quality, duct condition, electrical capacity, number of occupants, heat producing appliances, condenser location, potential rebates or incentives, and lasty… what preferences does the customer have. All of these factors (and more) when properly figured into the equation point us toward the equipment solution the customer needs. Then we provide the customer with their “good, better, best” options in their typed estimates that detail all the varying capabilities and features respective to each piece of equipment. We do this both to demonstrate to the customer how important their comfort is to us as well as providing the customer with something concrete to compare to competitive bids, so they know if they are looking at apples and apples or apples and brussel sprouts. All this being said, it would be a rare customer that could memorize all of what goes into their estimate if all we did was give them a number. That would be a disservice to the customer not to arm them with the information they need to make such an important decision on such a significant investment.
Of the 123 google reviews you’ve left (impressive, that takes a lot of effort), we find some similarities with the feedback you received from Herb Snow & Son Appliance Center a month ago. We too can go back and listen to phone calls. Threatening us with a bad review because you don’t like how we do things… when we haven’t done anything for you… says a lot. Perhaps the world would be a better place if businesses could leave reviews for customers. It might make everyone try to be a little more civil.

Dan's did an amazing job! They replaced our 30+ year old ac and heater. It's efficient, quiet and over all looks better. I can tell the temperature in the house is even. They were quick friendly and professional. I am very happy over all with the work they have done. I would highly recommend them. They were also the most cost freidnly qoute we received. My parent have used them to replace their system and my brothers in laws also used them. We all agree that there work speaks for itself. I am a very happy customer indeed!
