We are extremely happy with Dan as our children’s piano teacher. He works wonderfully with both our elementary and secondary school aged children and connects with each of them in a way that suits their age and level. He has a real talent for adapting his teaching so that both feel supported and appropriately challenged. I had some piano experience as a child, and Dan has helped me quickly rebuild and strengthen my skills in a clear and structured way. Dan is an incredible piano teacher. His passion and enthusiasm for music is infectious and he does a great job at teaching musical concepts in simple way. As an adult learner with a busy schedule, more often than not I arrive to my evening lessons after a long and tiring day at work, but Dan always does a great job of taking the pressure off and focusing on getting the most out of the lesson. I always come away feeling like I have something new, challenging and exciting to work on for the week ahead. Dan does what all great teachers do: inspire. I'm excited to see how much more progress I can make in future lessons and cannot recommend Dan highly enough!

Dans passion for music and his ability to teach it are absolutely exceptional. Within the first few minutes of my initial lesson, it became clear that he brings both a deep experise aswell as a deep passion to his teaching. His explanations are clear and practical and demonstrate his numerous years of experience as an educator. And with each lesson, it becomes increasingly evident how experience and how capable of a tutor he is, and studying with him is an outstanding oppourtunity to play the piano.

Dan is an absolutely brilliant piano tutor! He was an absolute game-changer in helping me conquer my Grade 6 and now grade 7exam. I genuinely couldn't have done it without his guidance and support. He has this incredible ability to simplify even the most daunting technical challenges and complex pieces. His patient, insightful teaching helped me master everything from annoying 3:2 rhythms to fast past chromatic scales.
