We had a major leak about six weeks ago from a wind-driven rainstorm. I had multiple roofers come to assess the damage and propose fixes. Daniel immediately struck me as the most honest when he told me that another roofer's suggestions were a waste of money and unnecessary. He could have easily made the same claims and I wouldn't have been the wiser. His team was clean and efficient, finishing the roofing repairs, patching cracks in our facade, and repainting everything in a very timely fashion. He took time to answer all my questions so I'm now better educated to spot problems in the future so they can be addressed before they become major issues. I plan to hire him again to do some window seal repairs in the very near future. Highest recommendation.

Several weeks ago, my home insurance company conducted an external inspection of the house. Inspector claimed that the roof shingles exceeded the 25 year maximum age and a few of the shingles were damaged and therefore, recommended to the insurer that I needed a full roof replacement. The insurer gave me only five weeks to replace the roof or the insurance would not be renewed. Naturally, I was concerned about hiring a roof contractor on such short notice. Almost immediately, I made a list of prospective roofing contractors including Daniel's Roofing and Contracting obtained from Angie's list. After interviewing several contractors, I was most impressed with Daniel's presentation. He explained the process of replacing the roof in detail including materials, equipment, number of workers and clean up. He was attentive to my follow-up questions after the interview by text or email. He was able to complete the roof replacement in one day. The installation was done very well and the clean up afterwards was impressive. His recommendation of the shingle color Hickory matched the overall coloring of the house. So far, I had no leaks or any other issues with the roof since installation. In addition, he filed all the required documents including pictures of the roof with my insurance company and subsequently, it was renewed. Given his pleasant demeanor and my positive experience with his work, I wholeheartedly recommend Daniel's Roof and Contracting as a honest and reputable roofer.

Daniel and his crew were absolutely fantastic. Daniel gave us a great quote and stuck to that quote even when the roof needed more work because of unforeseen issues. Daniel's crew showed up when they said they would and worked hard all day. They only took one day to do the job. They cleaned up perfectly when they were done. Daniel came to inspect the work when his crew was done. We would definitely hire Daniel and his crew again.

Daniel was great! We had a very old roof with a lot of detritus from the previous owner, and wanted to prep for solar. He was very clear and open about our options and his recommendations. And once we confirmed, he was able to get everything fixed extremely quickly — he started within a few days, and was able to replace the roof within one business day. Great guy and very happy with his work this summer after these storms!
