Pro: Technician was super nice. Cons: SUPER expensive and AI scheduling still won't tell a human to call me back.
My neighbor suggested these guys a few weeks ago to assist with a clogged bathroom drain and an HVAC diagnosis. When I reached out via the website I immediately got text messages from two different AI bots. Both of them scheduled the drain issue but neither could schedule the HVAC diagnosis.
When the tech arrived he was super friendly. He gave me a quote for $580 to clear the drain, so I assumed it was really bad. However, he was done in 15 minutes with a drain auger and water bucket.
I reached out two more times asking someone to email about the HVAC issue, but I only get AI responses.

Huge shoutout to Albert Skaggs at Daniel's Plumbing & Air Conditioning! 5-star service all around. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He was also kind, friendly and respectful of property. He even made sure to take off his shoes inside and cleaned up properly after the job. I have been a devoted and loyal customer to Daniel plumbing for six years now, and today was not a good experience. I had two technicians come out Erin and Randy. Obviously, Erin was the new kid on the block! Erin, was not professional nor was he knowledgeable about the job! He could not answer my questions and felt intimidated and shift all the blame on his coworker, Randy which was very unprofessional and did not demonstrate a “team player” behavior. He didn’t finish the job and walked away blaming instead of working with Randy to solve the problem . I waited from 8 to 5 the entire day, my time is valuable, and he still failed to finish the job! Randy called minutes later apologizing, said he would return the next day to complete the job. Frank and Randy returned the next day and completely the job! They both were very professional, understanding and kind. Frank’s smile is priceless! Randy was such a sweetheart! Kudos to both of them for a job well done. Now I can wash my clothes. My recommendation to Daniel’s plumbing is never send an amateur to your loyal customer’s home before giving them thorough training, it’s so necessary, or you will lose me as a customer and I will not refer my friends. Thanks again Randy and Frank for everything!

I found Aaron to be efficient, knowledgeable, hard working and quite personable. He replaced the owner's cutoff valve where it was more accessible. I did have a problem with the rates though. The entire project took two hours tops, the parts could not have totalled more than $70.00. The bill was $1000.00. This seemed a little excessive and had I not needed the work to be completed immediately, I would have gone elsewhere.
