Eli worked to try to find an issue why the tankless water heater would not produce hot water. No reason was found. He asked us to notify Daniel’s if it happens again.

Glass came out to perform a maintenance for the winter time, he did a wonderful work and explain me with details the work he was doing and how prevent futures problems with the system. I recommend Daniels's company and especially Mr. Glass, he went far and beyond with his service.

December 2025 update. Mr. Glass came out and did a great job fixing the furnace heater. He was able to diagnose it quickly and I did get a second opinion but with the 20% discount it was hands down the best price. Got the heating back on so thank you Mr. Glass and Daniels once again.

Amazing service, prompt, honest and reliable. They have great technicians on staff and today Jason drove an hour and a half to come fix the AC unit. Omar is very calm and kept me updated until he was able to find a technician for me. Thanks Daniels. Keep up the good work.

I scheduled Daniel AC & Plumbing for an emergency tankless water heater repair, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. They wasted 4–5 hours of my time and never sent a plumber, despite me calling 4–5 times for updates. Each time they assured me I’d get a 30-minute heads-up when someone was on the way — but I never received a single text or call.
Then at 10:30 PM, they suddenly claimed a technician had come by but “no one answered the door,” which made no sense since I clearly told them it’s an Airbnb, they can go anytime, and the water heater is outside the home. Still, no call, no text, nothing.
To make things worse, the last person I spoke with was blatantly rude and completely unapologetic, even though the company had clearly messed everything up.
Completely unreliable and not credible at all. I would not trust them for any emergency or time-sensitive service.

Bryce and Adam installed my new HVAC system today, and they were awesome! Really personable, helpful, explained everything I needed to know, and were super sweet to my curious dogs. The cost of the new system is expensive but reasonable for an entire new system, and the level of service I’ve gotten from everyone at Daniels during the whole process has been top notch and low stress.
