I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Jason Daniel regarding an idea that I had that I wanted to patent. He reviewed the process step by step and included valuable information along the way. I called this office a few months ago just to get some basic information and was helped by Ivy at that time. I was pleased that when I called back a few months later, it was Ivy who I spoke with again. She was helpful both times and I liked that you seem to get a personal touch when dealing with this office. I learned that Mr. Daniel himself would file the provisional patent and would take 30 days to do so. I feel confidant in trusting them with this process as it seems they take the time and attention needed to do things correctly. I am just in the baby stages of bringing my idea to life but after speaking to him I have become even more motivated to actually make it a reality. Attorney Daniel is a great lawyer to work with for your patent needs. I am a new entrepreneur and had lots of questions and he answered all of them and was very patient. After shopping around over the past years, his firm’s recommendations and advice for the patenting process stood out. They showed a willingness to be serve the client and be part of the client’s journey. Unlike other firms, Daniel Law does not seem to be out to collect fees for no reason. Instead the focus is on you, the client, achieving your goals. Everything is transparent and so I would recommend them.
