Danesh Exchange صرافی دانش Reviews

Broken promises and endless frustration Extremely disappointing... Entrusting your hard-earned money to Danesh Exchange is truly regrettable and incredibly stressful...Unfortunately, because I urgently needed the money transferred, I didn't read the reviews from previous customers... Now, more than three weeks have passed, and I've had to follow up every single day, dealing with constant stress and frustration, with absolutely no indication that they will return my money. I've genuinely lost all hope... How can a business repeatedly break its promises like this?! Every single day brings new excuses, continuous delays, and the same broken promises over and over again... It's truly shameful, frustrating, and exhausting.. If you have plenty of time to waste and extra money to throw away, then by all means, do business with Danesh Exchange...

You too can recover your funds! My funds were stuck and account frozen when I tried to withdraw. I asked the support to look into it but I got no response. The thing about delay is it causes anxiety. What I did was to reach out to an investigator on personalchargeback website, that was how I got the funds that took long for me to withdraw.

I have had a very bad and disappointing experience with Danesh Exchange. I have had a very bad and disappointing experience with Danesh Exchange. About a month ago, on August 18, I deposited the funds, following the instructions and account information provided by the exchange, in order to purchase several thousand dollars. According to the exchange, the transfer was supposed to be completed within 5 days. Despite the fact that a month has now passed, as of today, neither has the transfer been completed nor has the money been returned to me. During this period, I have followed up on the issue almost daily through WhatsApp, by phone, and even by visiting their office in person. Unfortunately, I have only received seemingly responsible but vague, repetitive, and ultimately ineffective responses, and the issue still remains unresolved. In addition, the failure to receive the transfer on time has unfortunately caused secondary problems for me.

extremely disappointing experience — completely unreliable service I had an extremely frustrating experience with this exchange service. I was initially told that my money would be transferred to the destination in rials within less than six business days. Unfortunately, that was nowhere close to what happened. After six or seven days, I was told, “We will do the transfer tonight.” They didn’t. The next night, the same promise. Then the next day. Then the next night. This continued for four more days, with a new excuse and a new promise every time. Eventually, I told them clearly that I no longer wanted them to complete the transfer and simply wanted my money refunded. They agreed — but once again, it was the same story: “Tonight,” “tomorrow,” “the next day.” After waiting approximately 12–13 days, they still had not properly resolved the situation. They only refunded a portion of my money, explaining that because they had only received a transfer for a small amount, they could only refund that portion. They then told me they could not even promise when or how much of the remaining money would be transferred back. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. My money has effectively been tied up for almost two weeks, while I have received nothing but repeated promises, delays, and excuses. If you value reliability, transparency, and actually receiving your money within the timeframe you were promised, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before using this service. For me, this was a terrible experience, and I will not use this exchange service again.

Unreliable and frustrating service Be aware of fake reviews. Read on BBB. I am still waiting for my money. And I am planning to share the video I recorded unless they pay my money
