Dalmia Computer ke online par lagbhag 30 reviews padhkar main kaafi achhi expectation ke saath dukaan par gaya tha. Lekin real mein mera experience aur online reviews ke beech thoda gap mehsoos hua. Isliye ek customer ke taur par apna honest feedback dena chahta hoon.
Sabse pehle main yeh kehna chahta hoon ki is dukaan mein potential bahut achha hai. Purulia mein yeh ek jaana-pehchaana aur bada computer business hai aur logon ke beech iska kaafi trust bhi hai. Dukaan ka environment, baithne ki jagah aur AC mujhe achha laga.
Lekin ek bade aur trusted computer business ke taur par mujhe lagta hai ki quality aur service system ko aur strong karne ki zarurat hai.
Khaas taur par laptop/computer repair ke case mein ek customer sirf itna expect nahi karta ki “device theek ho gaya”. Customer chahta hai ki proper diagnosis ho, reliable/genuine parts use kiye jaayen, pricing transparent ho, repair se pehle problem aur cost ki proper information di jaaye, repair ke baad quality testing ho aur sufficient service assurance mile.
Mere observation ke hisaab se product/material quality aur pricing ke area mein bhi improvement ki kaafi opportunity hai. After-sales service ke liye agar ek standardized system banaya jaaye, toh customer trust aur bhi strong ho sakta hai.
Jaise — device receive karte waqt problem properly record karna, diagnosis aur quotation dena, customer ki approval lena, use kiye gaye parts ki details batana, repair ke baad proper testing karna aur warranty/service record maintain karna.
Mere ek jaan-pehchaan wale ka repair experience bhi achha nahi raha tha, isliye after-sales service ki consistency ko main personally bahut important maanta hoon. Lekin yeh mera khud ka direct experience nahi hai.
Main yeh review kisi negative intention se nahi de raha hoon. Balki Purulia mein Dalmia Computer ki market position aur customer trust ko dekhte hue mujhe lagta hai ki is business mein aur bhi better karne ka bahut potential hai.
Mere hisaab se quality control + genuine/reliable parts + transparent pricing + professional customer handling + strong after-sales system — in paanch areas ko aur strong kiya jaaye, toh Dalmia Computer Purulia ke sabse trusted computer service destinations mein se ek ban sakta hai.
Achhi cheezein bhi hain aur improvement ki opportunities bhi. Ek customer ke taur par meri wish hai ki future mein online reputation aur real-life customer experience dono ek hi level par hon.
