In my experience, the gentleman that came to tow my Harley Davidson damaged my Harley’s front fender. Decent scratches & deep.
Used a tow strap to pull it, and did not use towels during the loading process but only after the damage was noticed once on the bed, he lightened the pull strap and then tried to hide the damage done with a towel.
I had already noticed it.
So did he. He admitted to it and said please don’t tell my boss. He offered his number and contact information. Which I reached out to him on after I heard from my professional painter what it was going to cost to repair the damage. My paint job is custom mind you. He then during that conversation told me he got fired.
Regardless this tow company damaged my vehicle and I would not recommend anyone use this company unless all of the others in town go out of business.
I reached out to the company and filed/losged a complaint against the gentleman and wanted to speak with the owner. I was told the owner would reach back out to me. This was now 2 days ago. And crickets. Nothing. So I’m posting this. I was going to hold off writing a review as I don’t usually. But this company, the people need to be aware of.
Please be weary. The images were taken while the bikes was still on the tow truck.
My vehicle would not shift out of park and was stuck in my garage. It was a tight squeeze but they managed to get it out without any damage to my car or the garage.

The vendor my insurance company uses for tow, was taking hours to get my vehicle. I called these guys and they were able to get my vehicle picked up and towed within 30 mins. Super professional ,nice and communication was good! Thanks guys

Called for a quote on a tow gave me the best rate out of about 12 different companies called. They showed up and provided customer service. Must use!
