They replaced our gutter guards with a guard with smaller mesh to prevent debris from getting stuck. They also replaced a section of gutter that had been pulled away from the house. They did an excellent job, were quick, and cleaned the area. Would definitely recommend them.
**2026 Review - Bathroom remodel**
Our shower pan started leaking into our bedroom back in 2025 followed by cracking tile/grout falling apart. Within a month, Josh and his team turned our shower/bath into a spa! Josh was collaborative like always and listened/considered all my ideas. We had issues with the tub delivery, and he was on top of it the whole time! His entire team from demo, dry wall, tile, plumbing, and glass were amazing. They cleaned up every day, and took care of our home like it was theirs. We have littles running around and it was a relief to know their feet were safe. This was all done for a great price. I’m so glad and thankful we went with Josh and his team again for this project!! We couldn’t be happier with the result.
**2023 Review - Front Room Remodel**
Hands down, best experience with a contractor we’ve ever had. We wanted to convert our open formal front living space to be an enclosed office, while also converting the dining room to a playroom.
Josh was on time, responsive, and gave us reasonable quote from the get go. They were able to start relatively quickly, and completed the project in the timeframe given! The crew was kind and really cared about the work they were doing. They kept the area as tidy as you can during a renovation which was great with a toddler and 2 dogs. The crew was also on time every day!
They were also so flexible with us! The doors we ordered were delivered later than we expected. The crew came back once they were in, and got them assembled and installed really quickly. Everything turned out exactly how we envisioned! Overall, we really enjoyed our experience with Performance Painting, and plan to use them in the future for other home projects.

I have used Performance Painting (and Roofing) for several years. They helped with our gutters twice (lower level and upper level), roof repairs and a new door. Always very prompt to respond to service request, fully explain quote and work they recommend, are on time and check up during and after the work is completed. Clean up fully from the work and complete it with quality products. They provide free quote and use drones to fully see roof area for assessments. I feel very comfortable calling them for all my painting and roofing needs and will continue to work with them in the future.

We had major water damage from a faulty nut on a water supply line to a toilet and needed major repairs in the bathroom, office and guestroom (plus 2 closets). We called Performance Painting for an estimate and Josh Miller came in and put us at ease. Performance provided the necessary repairs along with a new walk in shower with glass door, exhaust fan, new vanity, tile shower and tile floors, repaired drywall, replaced base molding and studs, painting, new lighting and plumbing.
He and his team of craftsman were so easy to work with. Not only were they great at tile work (shower and floor), painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, they were friendly, pleasant and communicated throughout the project. Josh had great ideas and helpful in where to find fixtures, etc. We enjoyed the process (that can be extremely stressful) so much, that we've gotten 2 additional quotes from Performance for work in other rooms.

Brad and the team were fantastic. They actually left my home (the work areas) cleaner than they found it. The patch work of the sheet rock is so good you can’t tell where the damage originally was. And very fair priced for the work they did. I will definitely be using performance painting again later this year for some more repair work around the house. Thanks guys!
