We had major water damage from a faulty nut on a water supply line to a toilet and needed major repairs in the bathroom, office and guestroom (plus 2 closets). We called Performance Painting for an estimate and Josh Miller came in and put us at ease. Performance provided the necessary repairs along with a new walk in shower with glass door, exhaust fan, new vanity, tile shower and tile floors, repaired drywall, replaced base molding and studs, painting, new lighting and plumbing. He and his team of craftsman were so easy to work with. Not only were they great at tile work (shower and floor), painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, they were friendly, pleasant and communicated throughout the project. Josh had great ideas and helpful in where to find fixtures, etc. We enjoyed the process (that can be extremely stressful) so much, that we've gotten 2 additional quotes from Performance for work in other rooms. We highly recommend Josh Miller and the Performance Painting team!

Brad and the team were fantastic. They actually left my home (the work areas) cleaner than they found it. The patch work of the sheet rock is so good you can’t tell where the damage originally was. And very fair priced for the work they did. I will definitely be using performance painting again later this year for some more repair work around the house. Thanks guys!

Great experience overall with Performance Painting on our multiple projects. I chose them primarily because they’re on "The Good Contractors List", and the on-site workmanship absolutely backed up that reputation. Across all phases that required crews on-site, the results ranged from very good to excellent. Everyone we interacted with was professional, and the subcontractors involved delivered strong work. The only downside was timeline. The original estimate was a 5-week completion, but the project ultimately took more than double that. With multiple subcontractors involved, coordination and schedule communication could have been tighter and more proactive. That said, I would absolutely use them again - and I already have. I’ve signed a new contract with Performance Painting for additional work, which should speak for itself about the quality of the end result and the overall experience. Even with the extended timeline, the quality of the final product was excellent, and I’d recommend Performance Painting -especially if quality is your top priority. If you hire them, I’d just suggest getting a clear schedule plan up front and regular progress updates along the way.

We hired Performance Painting to paint our kitchen, all of our living areas, outside domes, and install new floor boards and we are very pleased with the quality of their work. The four man crew arrived on time and did an incredible job of preparing and protecting our home for the work from taping to covering our floors and furniture. The supervisor, Omar, was very easy to communicate with and the crew was meticulous. Best of all, they completed the job in two days which allowed us to get our house back to normal so quickly! We recommend Performance and plan to use them again soon.
