They did an excellent job with the roof and went over and above by installing the trim just like it was prior to taking off the roof. They also went over and above by painting all the roof penetrations the exact same color as the roof itself. An excellent company to deal with. I recommend them highly.
Jim, thank you for the kind words and recommendation. We’re glad you were happy with the roof work and that our team took the extra steps to match the trim and paint the penetrations to blend in with the roof color. We really appreciate you trusting James Kate Roofing & Restoration.

James Kate Construction went above and beyond after an initial inspection from Ben the project manager. We had our insurance adjustor come out to inspect our roof. During the insurance inspection, the adjuster damaged the roof to which he did not want to take responsibility for. Ben did a great job of staying on top of communication with insurance adjustor until our claim was finally taken care of. Thank you to James Kate Construction and Ben for taking care of us. Our new roof is beautiful.
Kimberly, thank you for the kind review. We’re grateful Ben was able to stay on top of communication with the adjuster and help get everything resolved, and we’re so glad you love how the new roof turned out.

Roof, gutters, and fence repair for storm, hail & wind damage
We are very pleased with the new roof, gutters, and roof repairs carried out by James Kate Roofing & Restoration. Dillon provided a fair, detailed estimate throughout the entire process. He also met with my insurance company for a “walk-through” in case they had any questions or concerns. There was no high-pressure sales at all. Communication was excellent, and the work crew was very polite and efficient. The whole project was completed promptly. In addition, I had some fence repairs completed promptly. The whole experience was very pleasant, and I highly recommend Dillon from James Kate Roofing & Restoration.

Poor communication. Been three months since they supposedly submitted for reinspection and still waiting, no response even after I tried following up.
Adam, this is Dustin Eatman, owner of James Kate Roofing & Restoration. I sincerely apologize for the lack of communication and the delay with your reinspection—that’s not the level of service we expect to deliver.
I’m going to reach out to you directly to better understand what happened and make this right. Your feedback is important, and we’ll be using it to improve our processes so this doesn’t happen again.

I highly recommend Becky Rodriguez with James Kate Roofing.
Becky recently inspected my mother’s home, and going into it, I was already expecting we would need a full roof replacement since the roof has been in place for quite some time. Becky performed a very thorough evaluation, documenting everything with detailed notes, photos, and measurements.
When she followed up with me, I honestly expected to hear that a new roof was needed along with a large price tag—but that wasn’t the case at all. Becky explained that while the roof is older, the surrounding trees have actually helped protect it from sun exposure and storm damage. She backed this up by showing me photos and measurements of the existing shingle thickness, giving me complete confidence that the roof still has life left in it.
Instead of recommending an unnecessary replacement, she suggested a very reasonable repair to address minor damage and replace some hardware.
We gladly moved forward, and Becky oversaw the work to ensure everything was completed to a high standard.
Her honesty and integrity truly stood out. She easily could have recommended a full replacement, but instead she helped us avoid a major and unnecessary expense—allowing us to use those funds for other important needs.
Thank you, Becky and James Kate Roofing, for your professionalism, transparency, and for delivering a first-class job.
I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing roofing services.
John, thank you for the thoughtful recommendation and for trusting us with your mother’s home. We’re glad Becky’s thorough inspection, clear photos and measurements, and honest guidance helped you feel confident choosing a simple repair instead of an unnecessary replacement. We appreciate your kind words about her integrity and the quality of the work.
