Big thank you to David Lindsay for all his kindness in helping me to arrange my much-loved Aunts funeral and for trusting me to represent his company when he agreed to let me direct her funeral (I am Cert DipFD and was a Funeral Director for over 20 years). Massive thank you to Evan Lindsay for all his help, from the Order of Service to being a calming knowledgeable presence on the day. Evan is not only a great asset to D.A.Lindsay & Sons but a great asset to the Funeral Industry as a whole. We were so well looked after by this team, we couldn’t have asked for more.
We were lucky enough to be recommended DA Lindsay and from start to finish they looked after our Aunt with exceptional care and professionalism. They helped us with all the paper work and nothing was too much trouble. When I was at my lowest point and had no idea about planing a funeral I was directed to D.A LINDSAY & SON through a friend they was kind caring and listened to what I wanted and they organised it all I cannot fault them in any way I would highly recommend them to anyone who was in my position when I lost my wife

David and Evan made the hardest day of our lives less painful by the very supportive way they helped us plan our dearest mums funeral. They were patient when we changed our minds about certain aspects of the day, advice and communication was professional and also in a family way. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has to plan a last goodbye to their loved ones.

A mother should never have to cope with her son’s death but I cannot praise DA Lindsay enough. David and his son Evan have been so helpful throughout, with helping me and my family during this difficult time. Every question and request was met with kindness and guidance.
The funeral was respectful, professional and excellently delivered. David arranged for a very kind celebrant (Grace) to take the service and she understood my son and his life, and what he meant to us all. A heartfelt thank you to all.
